(please read carefully) All diesel fuel injection pumps, some diesel fuel injectors, and turbochargers sold on our online store are sold as exchange items only. This means that after you receive your order we must receive your old unit (core) back. All exchange items have a core value. We do not charge you a core charge when you purchase an exchange item. We only charge you a core charge when we do not receive your core back or your core is not rebuildable. We allow you 15 days from date of product delivery to return your core to us. If we do not receive your core within 15 days the core charge will be charged to your credit card. Do not send us your core until after you have received and installed the new unit. Some applications will require you to switch out brackets, sensors, switches, fittings or other items from your old unit to the new unit. All cores should be returned to us in "AS REMOVED CONDITION". Cores that have been disassembled, been in a fire, or are busted due to accident, mechanical failure, or ice are not considered rebuildable cores and your credit card will be charged the full core charge. All cores must be of the same size, model, and application as your new unit (same part number on most cores). Cores that have been altered or modified in any way such as experimental, "hot rodded" or "sooped up", installation of "high performance" parts, or have been machined are not considered acceptable cores and your credit card will be charged the full core charge. Package your core with care. We are not responsible for cores that are damaged during shipment and we strongly advise you to insure them. If we receive a damaged core you, not UPS, will be charged the full core charge. Further exchange instructions are included with all exchange orders.
