CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL (for fastest service) service@realdiesel.com WARRANTY POLICY Limited Warranty Real Diesel Injection Service guarantees its products (rebuilt or remanufactured diesel fuel injection pumps, diesel fuel injectors, and turbochargers) to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months from date of product delivery. Real Diesel Injection Service does not warrant any other products supplied by Real Diesel Injection Service. These products are warranted by their manufacturer and not by Real Diesel Injection Service. This warranty does not apply to products provided by Real Diesel Injection Service on a no-charge basis. Our liability for breach of any and all warranties is limited to refunding our invoice price of the product, or at our option, replacement or repair of any product which our inspection discloses to our satisfaction to have been defective, but not the costs of removal or installation of any product. Repair will be performed at our facilities. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to any product or products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or to damage caused by water or other contaminants being present in the fuel, nor to any product or products improperly installed, applied, or serviced, nor to any product or products that have had any sealing wire, sealing lacquer, or any other tamper proof device tampered with, cut, removed or replaced. It is the owner's responsibility to operate and maintain the equipment as specified in the applicable O.E.M. operation and maintenance manuals. Any technical advise or recommendations rendered by us is gratis, and may not apply to the purchaser's circumstances. Such advise is based on technical data which we belive to be reliable, but is intended for use by persons having the appropriate skill and know-how and ability to analyze the application where the product will be used and apply the information to it at their own discretion and risk. The sale of our products under any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, is not authorized by the company. No agent, employee, or representative of Real Diesel Injection Service has any authority to bind Real Diesel Injection Service to any additional representations or warranties. This guarantee and warranty is in lieu of all implied warranties. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days from the date your order is placed. All orders shipped inside the United States of America (lower 48 states) will be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select services only. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS air services only. Orders received before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) on Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Occasionally, we will be temporarily out-of-stock on an item. This means we are awaiting a shipment from the supplier, and we don't currently have the item available to ship to customers. You can still order the item. Our shipping time for out of stock items is 7 to 10 days. We have made arrangements with some of our suppliers to have them ship our out-of-stock items directly to you to cut down on shipping time. We try our best to notify you by email of any additional delivery time for your orders. We also ship non-exchange items to the U.S. territories and internationally. Please contact us for international shipping rates and payment instructions before you place an order. Sorry, we no longer ship exchange items such as diesel fuel injection pumps, diesel fuel injectors, and turbochargers internationally. Credit and debit card orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit or debit cardholder. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to receive their order at this address. We DO NOT ship C.O.D. RETURNS POLICY We will accept eligible returns within 10 days of receipt as long as the part has not been installed. Diesel fuel injection pumps, diesel fuel injectors, turbochargers, and all electrical products are not eligible and are sold as non-returnable items unless you have a warranty claim. No returns will be accepted for electrical parts of any kind, special-order items, or non-stocking items other than a warranty (if any) claim for a manufacturer defect. No product will be considered for refund or exchange if it is more that 30 days after invoice date. All returns must have a return goods authorization (RGA) number issued before any return or credit can be issued to the customer. Shipping charges on all returned products are non-refundable. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application prior to the installation of the parts. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any and all returned items (if returnable). All returns must be pre-approved. We recommend that the customer insure all returns in case the package is lost in transit. We reserve the right to have the customer ship their warranty claim directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be received within 15 business days after the RGA number is issued; otherwise the return will be refused, and the RGA becomes void. The RGA number does not imply a replacement or refund of any kind, but only that we will inspect the product based on the claims you have made. A refund, exchange, or credit will not be considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to us and your claims have been fully inspected by our staff or the manufacturer. Original shipping, handling, customs or duty fees are non-refundable. A photocopy of the customer's sales invoice, a written explanation of the problem, and a contact phone number, must accompany all authorized returns. Customers must be aware and fully understand that they may be subject to inbound and outbound freight charges to handle and process their warranty claim. These freight charges are billed to us by the manufacturer and will be passed on at that cost to the customer.
